Batteries, a great modern day invention, but where do you put them when they no longer hold a charge? Locally here in Englewood,Florida. you can take them to the library to recycle!  Your local library may also take the batteries for recycle and  a quick call  will let you know if they do! National chains such as Home Depot, Radio Shack, and Lowe’s all take rechargeable batteries in their recycle programs.  AA batteries  do not contain toxic elements so you can dispose them from home, but experts say it is best to place the batteries in a plastic bag.  I would love to hear ways you recycle today! Your posted hints might help myself and others who are not aware of your recycling methods! God bless, Patsy McCaw-Yager
